RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days after receiving the order without giving reasons. This right of withdrawal only applies to consumers on the ground of consumer protection law and does not apply to businesses. Please note that custom-made products and special orders cannot be returned, as they were specifically made for you. The goods returned must be complete and in their original packaging. If the product’s value has diminished due to the client, the client must bear the compensation costs.
 
PROCESS OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Send us a message at hello@finegrainedsoil.com with your order number before the cancellation period has expired.
2. The products you wish to return must be returned in their original condition and packaging (if available). We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
3. Please note that you are responsible for returning the product to us and for the associated shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so that your return is not lost and can be traced. Please send the returned goods to:

4. We will refund you the amount you paid for your order (excluding the initial shipping fee) through the same payment service you used for the purchase. The refund will be made within 14 days after receiving the return confirmation - which you will receive via email after the products have been inspected.

 
SHIPPING CHARGES
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. The costs applicable to the return of products must be borne by the client.
